This painting is the second view of Pine Creek, located in the high mountains of Montana.
This is an original acrylic painting on canvas. There was a fire, so most of the shapes near the water are parts of burned trees that have fallen into the creek. People seldom see these views of the high mountain vistas. My Son spent a Summer in Montana rock climbing and hiking. This series of paintings are based on the photos that he took while in Montana.

I discovered fluid art a few years ago and enjoy combining the fluid acrylic pouring techniques along with hand painted details.
